2023 Koa Kai Paddler Registration and Forms

The following items are required to complete registration for the regatta season:

• REGISTRATION
  

  New and returning members must complete the following forms:

  - HCRA Waiver
  - Adult Membership Application
  - Youth Membership Application
  - Membership Agreement
  
  Other requirements:   
  
  - Copy of valid ID, birth certificate or Passport
  - A clear digital photo of your face (No hat, sunglasses,   
    glasses)
  
  

• REGATTA DUES
  Our regatta season is March - July
  Referral and Family discounts available
  Please see one of the officers for more details.

ADULTS & YOUTH: $250

DUES COVER THE COST OF:

• Club Jersey
• HCRA Insurance
• OHCRA Registration & ID
• Lane Drawing/Race Fees
• Equipment Costs
• Canoe Repairs/Maintenance
• Regatta Lane Draws

• FUNDRAISING RESPONSIBILITY

• LONG DISTANCE SEASON
  Our long distance season is August - October
  
• Non-members: $50 + $35 (HCRA Insurance. If you already registered for the season, you do not have to pay this fee.) 
• Racing fee associated wih the particular race you make crew for.   
• OFF- SEASON 
  Our off- season is November - February
  
  • Non-members: $50 + $35 (HCRA Insurance. If you already registered for the season, you do not have to pay this fee.)
